Liminal Works 2020 is a series of situational experiments from 24 artists that we admire, and who have kindly and generously contributed to this compilation in support of families in the Sjælsmark deportation centre in Denmark via the charity Together We Push.

The creative incentive for LW2020 was to collect music that either didn’t fit in the context of the involved artists’ current work, or older material that could finally be realised during lockdown.

All proceeds from the compilation go to Together We Push, who are doing important and unfortunately highly necessary work to help families, who live under unreasonable conditions in the Sjælsmark deportation centre, the existence of which is stark proof that racism, however much it is denied, is alive, well and sanctioned by the powers that be in today’s Denmark.
